This project entailed re-designed the web presence for Extended Stay America. It coincided with a brand refresh and merging all 5 brands under the Extended Stay America name. Project goals were to reduce drop-offs in the sales path and increase online sales.
Competitive analysis, a meticulous wire framing process, testing at multiple stages, enhancing the user experience, and simplifying the booking process while applying consistent design standards to all pages. Throughout the process collaboration was required among the client, account, development, SEO and creative teams. The end result was a 38% increase in online sales and very satisfied client.
